Before they were legend, Groupon needed a new way to navigate and expand into new cities outside of Chicago.
In Chicago, a lot of people knew about thePoint.com before Groupon.com was (or is becoming) a household name. Showing some early success with their launch in Chicago and Boston, we worked with them in both design and user experience to develop a new UI pattern that allowed for growth in ever expanding number of cities across the United States (and now the World). The design also accommodated initial marketing messaging, social media, and sign up information.
