Don has been developing software professionally for nearly 20 years. Graduating with a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Foreign Languages, he quickly realized that there was not room for both in a career and prudently decided to focus on computers. Three years later, the first web browser was released.
Don is a bit of a process geek and has brought eXtreme Programming into Market Forward, Baxter and Bank of America, among others. He has worked in many industries including: global investment banking, medical devices, advertising, telecommunications and artificial intelligence. He brings deep experience in a multitude of technical disciplines and thoroughly enjoys his craft. While he has spent the past few years managing development teams, he has also found time to actively develop web and iPhone applications.
In 2002, Don took some time off from software to peruse film and made a few short movies which were entered into the Chicago Short Comedy Film Festival. When Don is not working, or pretending not to work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading or taking in a good movie.
