Vivid Seats
Challenge

Double mobile app ticket purchase conversion through a new mobile UI for the Vivid Seats mobile apps that works across Android and iOS.

Solution

8bit created new modular design system in Figma that included scalable UX components, style guides and rules that were appropriate to each platform and conducted qualitative research in person with Vivid Seats users.

Results

After the new UI was implemented, conversion continued to increase until it more than was doubled, the design system was further expanded upon to rebuild the Vivid Seats booking system on their website.
